In this communication we present some recent results on two of the eclipsing binary pulsars discovered in the globular cluster 47 Tucanae. These results include a variation of DM with orbital phase. The companions to these pulsars have masses in the range 0.01-0.03 solar masses, five such objects are presently known in this cluster, and a total of nine are known in the whole Universe. Of these nine pulsars, five display eclipses, and four do not. The four pulsars that are not eclipsed are those that have apparently lighter companions. We suggest that the mass distribution for these objects is rather uniform, and that the low mass functions and related lack of eclipses are just a consequence of the low inclination of the systems that display these characteristics. Therefore, it should be easy to predict, based on the observed mass function of a low-mass binary pulsar, the existence or absence of eclipses.
