We present multi-epoch VLBA observations of water masers associated with the intermediate mass star-forming region IRAS 21391+5802 (IC1396E). The data consist of 6 epochs separated at intervals of about 10 days. In our previous study of this object (ApJ 2000, v538, p268), we had 3 epochs of data separated by about 30 days. The masers were found to be tracing a bipolar outflow over length scales of 5 AU to few hundred AU. We also found a loop of masers with a radius of about 1 AU and line-of-sight velocities of within 2 km s-1 of the systemic velocity of the region. These masers presumably arise in a limb-brightened dusty shell around the young stellar object. The proper motions of these masers could not be determined in our previous experiment. Our most recent and more sensitive experiment permit measurement of proper motions in the loop. These masers probably trace the kinematics of the gas in the the immediate vicinity of the outflow engine.
