Our understanding of the magnetosphere of Jupiter will be reviewed based on data from the late-phase of the Galileo mission and the Cassini flyby. The Galileo orbiter provided in situ measurements of the magnetospheric particles and fields while Cassini measured the conditions on the dusk flank as well as remotely sensing the neutral and plasma conditions in the inner magnetosphere.
