Assuming that the UHE air showers from Cyg X-3 are produced by photons, the expected neutrino emission is calculated from a model which produces the (GAMMA)-rays in the atmosphere of the Cyg X-3 companion. The possibility of detecting such neutrinos in underground detectors is discussed. The constraints that such a signal places on the use of this model in other particle production scenarios is also discussed.
