Using the virial theorem, the dependence of the mass of an oblate spheroid on the solid body rotation is derived from the velocity dispersion and the space light density. The derived expression is applied to the photometric structure and mass of the M32 nucleus. The mass and mass-to-light ratio of that nucleus are taken from the literature, while the required space light density is obtained by solving the Abel integral equation by the Tikhonov method. The results for this nucleus show a central density of 2.1 x 10 to the -5th solar masses/cu pc, a nuclear mass of 4.3 x 10 to the -7th solar masses, and a mass-to-light ratio of 4.6 in the V-band.
