We present high-resolution HST images of six groups of galaxies surrounding powerful radio galaxies that have redshifts of about 0.4. These groups have on average 4 to 9 confirmed bright group members. In all groups we identify roughly as many elliptical as spiral galaxies, in addition to a sizable fraction of peculiar galaxies. Many faint galaxies are visible. Although not all radio galaxies have perturbed isophotes, all have at least one close member within 3'' of their nucleus.
