We present the CHANDRA observation of the cluster of galaxies A1367. The 0.5-2 keV source surface density measured in the central 8'x8' field exceeds by a factor of ~ 2 the value expected on the basis of the ROSAT and Chandra LogN-LogS. The 2-7 keV source surface density also exceeds the value expected but it is not very significant. This phenomenon is similar to those found in 3C295 and RXJ003033.2+261819 and possible reasons are presented. The ACIS-S temperature map is generally consistent with the ASCA one and several high iron abundance regions are picked out. The small scale structures and the emission from the member galaxies are also discussed.
