Dark matter self-interaction was suggested as a possible solution to the cuspy halo problem. It has also been noted that self-interacting dark matter may also interact strongly with baryons, despite being "dark", i.e. no elecromagnetic interaction. We discuss the implication of such interaction on the cosmic microwave backround anisotropy, and present constraint on the dark matter-baryon interaction obtained with current data.
