It is shown that among spiral galaxies whose central parts are classified as 2, 4, 5, and 2s in the Biurakan classification objects with flat radio spectra are encountered much more frequently than among galaxies whose central parts are classified as 1 and 3; conversely, among the latter there is a large excess of objects with steep spectra. The excess of objects with flat spectra among the galaxies of the classes 2, 4, 5, and 2s is one more confirmation of the fact noted earlier that galaxies with central condensations and split, star-like, or semistellar nuclei are in an active phase of development.
