Pamir data on the structure of the halo of large gamma-families are examined. It is shown that a large number of the events examined have multiaxial halos, where the family contains several halos, each of which has a sufficient axial symmetry; hence particles with a sufficiently hard spectrum are formed in the approximate X-ray emulsion chamber. Also observed is an ordered arrangement in the halo consisting in a tendency to a complanarity of axes in three-axis and four-axis events. It is concluded that hypotheses pertaining to the existence of fundamentally new processes at superhigh energies (above 10 to the 16th eV) must be invoked to explain certain features in the data obtained.
