We present an analysis of the HST imaging survey of main belt asteroids. Imaging snapshots of 50 asteroids were taken in the visible and near IR with WF/PC2. We have concentrated on analyzing observations of the largest asteroids and the ones with companions, and report results on studies of surface variegation of resolved bodies as well as the relative reflectivity of the companions between 0.42 and 1.04 microns. We used the iterative image deconvolution routine MISTRAL (Conan et al. 2000) on the HST data; along with high resolution PSF information, this allowed us to reconstruct the images with enhanced spatial resolution. Among the results are images of restored asteroids as well as ratio maps of the strength of selected mineralogical features, such as the 0.7 micron hydration feature for asteroid 1 Ceres. We also present analysis of the relative reflectivity of asteroids with companions in the visible and near IR wavelength range. The companions generally have the same color as their primaries, with a few exceptions.
