NGC 6791 has attracted the attention of observers as one of the oldest, densest, metal-rich open clusters known in the Galaxy, with a highly eccentric orbit around the galactic center. This cluster is also the host of a number of interesting variable stars, including two of the three known Cataclysmic Variables in all open clusters. We present results of our search for variable stars in the cluster via photometric monitoring: our data consist of 197 V frames, obtained with the WIYN 3.5m telescope at Kitt Peak AZ, using the Mini Mosaic CCD camera. For our image processing, we used the ISIS image subtraction package. Our results include lightcurves of previously known and newly discovered variable stars as well as the two CVs of the cluster.
