We present a possible interacting Seyfert galaxy system discovered from HST WFPC2 observations toward the line of sight of the Andromeda Galaxy (M31). Early limited resolution studies by others concluded the object S10721 to be a single Seyfert galaxy, but the WFPC2 images point to a more dynamnic and evolved system. WFPC2 U and V band observations of this object allow us to clearly image this object for the first time, and the data show that S10721 consists of possibly an interacting multiple nuclei system with a ring component. Here we will present the WFPC2 U and V band data together with multiwavelength data from other archives.
