Data are presented from a survey of the radial velocities of 81 isolated galaxies which were not covered by a recent radio survey carried out with the Arecibo instrument. The data are tabulated in terms of the CIG and UGC numbers, the morphological types, the measured radial velocities, the error ranges, spectral types, the absolute magnitudes and the linear diameters of the galaxies. The radial velocities were determined from the H I 21 cm line. Annotations are provided of various features observed of each object during the measurement campaign.
