The extragalactic cosmic rays (ECR) within our Supercluster are discussed. It is suggested that from observations of Galactic cosmic rays (GCR), a plausible spectrum and energy density for the ECR is deduced. The two most powerful active galactic nuclei in our Supercluster can provide virtually all of the energy required for the inferred flux and spectrum. Considerations of internal consistency support the foregoing hypotheses. These ideas can be tested by high-energy neutrino astronomy.
