We present radio timing observations of the double-neutron-star binary PSR B1534+12. The total time span of the data is now more than 11 years. Five "post-Keplerian" relativistic orbital parameters are measured, resulting in high-precision tests of the predictions of general relativity. The addition of four years of high-quality coherently dedispersed data from the upgraded Arecibo telescope has resulted in a measurement of the orbital period derivative three times more precise than that achieved before the upgrade was completed. This yields a refined estimate of the distance to the pulsar using kinematic corrections to the observed orbital period derivative.
