A small, low surface brightness planetary nebula has been found surrounding the O5 star RWT 152. Application of the Shklovsky distance determination technique yields a distance d equal to or less than 6.5 kpc. The derived distance favors a scenario in which RWT 152 is a low-mass post-AGB star, but disagrees with the hypothesis that this star is a massive main sequence star at R approximately equal to 50 kpc in the galactic halo.
