The magnetic-field measurements of HD 32633 by Borra and Landstreet (1980) are compared with the values of He measured by Babcock (mostly unpublished) and those published by Preston and Stepień (1968), in order to improve the value obtained for the period. The result is P = 6d.42998±0d.00012. As found previously (Renson, 1969) from Babcock's observations alone, the variation is highly anharmonic and asymmetric, the ascending part of the curve (from negative to positive values of He) being much steeper than the descending part. Moreover, in the descending part, there is at least one bump, which is also very difficult to explain within the framework of the models proposed up to now.
