The results of six independent series of spectral observations of the solar radio emission are briefly presented. All these observations showed the existence of the 22P3/2-22S1/2 hydrogen fine-structure emission line in the spectrum of radio emission of the quiet Sun. The line intensity in maximum is 1.55% of the continuum, the profile of the line coincides with the theoretical one quite well.
