For high-energy particles (above 10 GeV), whose Larmor radius and transport mean free path are large compared to the scale of nonuniformities, the spectrum of the stochastic magnetic field can be expressed explicitly in terms of the observed characteristics of cosmic rays, such as the spectral function of their intensity variations. A relationship between the fluctuations of the magnetic field and the fluctuations of the spectral correlation function of fast-particle fluctuations is established, taking into consideration the dissipative processes and the effects associated with adiabatic deceleration of cosmic rays.
