The Titan III Launch Vehicle which provides Commercial Geosynchronous capability is the focus of this paper. The existing capabilities of the successfully demonstrated Titan III launch vehicle is emphasized. The paper summarizes configurations, performance capabilities, and constraints. The performance capabilities range up to 4000 lbs to Geosynchronous Orbit (GSO). Titan III launch vehicles can be launched from the Eastern Test Range and Western Test Range given relatively minor launch pad modifications. The constraints consist primarily of physical (payload size, shape, and weight), functional (environments), and ground system interfaces. These proven vehicles have extremely high reliability with a success rate of 95.4 percent (152 Titan III missions).
