Scientific paper

GPS navigation message contains satellite's position parameter and time
parameter, which are necessary to both positioning and timing. The
navigation message changed with the development of GPS. The
characteristics of time parameters in GPS navigation message and the
effect of SA on satellite's clock are discussed briefly in this paper.
