The electronics of the data acquisition system for observing stellar transit time at the Pino astronomical observatory at Turin with reference tp the UTC atomic time scale is described. The system consists of a Bamberg transit instrument, an optical converter, a memory and a clock-receiver which receives signals from a reference atomic clock-coder-transmitter system at IEN of Turin. Block diagrams of the entire data acquisition system, the clock-receiver and the memory are presented. Results concerning the calculation of the difference between atomic and astronomical time scales are presented.
