The detection of H83-alpha and H99-alpha radio recombination lines in
the Markarian-Seyfert galaxy Mrk 668 (=OQ 208) is reported. The emission
mechanism for these lines is stimulated emission in the nuclear ionized
gas by the compact nonthermal source in the nucleus. A simple model for
this region which accounts for the radio lines is presented.
