Copernicus ultraviolet data on interstellar lines towards 15 Monocerotis are analyzed to provide abundances, velocities, and physical conditions in both low- and intermediate-velocity components. This line of sight lies 5 deg from the center of the Monoceros Loop and is unusual in containing a positive intermediate-velocity absorption component, as well as a high-velocity feature in O VI. Silicon, and presumably other refractory elements, are nearly undepleted in this intermediate velocity feature, which may be related to the O VI.
