Preliminary BV photometry of the faint anticenter cluster Be 19 indicates the object is a relatively old, but poorly populated open cluster. Comparison of the color-magnitude diagram of Be 19 with both the color-magnitude diagram of NGC 752 (Johnson, 1952) and theoretical isochrones by Ciardullo and Demarque (1979) suggests the age of the cluster is approximately 3 billion yr. Estimates of the reddening and distance modulus, although dependent upon photometric errors, insufficient membership criteria, and a lack of information on the cluster metallicity, indicate Be 19 has an E(B - V) = 0.4 + or - 0.1 mag and a distance modulus of 13.5 + or - 0.5 mag.
