Spectrophotometric observations obtained with the Image Dissector Scanner mounted on the 2.1-m telescope of the Kitt Peak National Observatory and radio continuum measurements at 4885 MHz and 1480 MHz obtained using the Very Large Array of the National Radio Astronomy Observatory are presented for roughly ninety galactic nuclei. The sample is an optically complete one consisting of all galaxies listed in the Second Reference Catalog of Bright Galaxies as brighter than 12th magnitude and north of declination +40 deg. The data acquisition and reduction procedures are described and the data presented in the form of optical spectra and tables of optical emission and absorption line strengths and radio flux densities.
