The observational campaign of 1990-91 of Saturn is reviewed with attention given to central-meridian (CM) transit timings of the planetary atmosphere. Saturn's northern hemisphere and the north face of the rings are studied in particular since they were available to the 35 visual and photographic instruments. Among the data listed are geocentric phenomena, illustrations of global features, visual numerical intensity estimates and colors, belt latitudes, and descriptions of ring components. Important data are given regarding the Terby White Spot, the bicolored nature of the rings, and the appearance of the Great White Spot. The CM transit timings allow the derivation of rotation rates, and the inclination of the rings reaches a maximum of about +24 deg. The present collection of data represent a significant body of data for Saturn and particularly its ring system.
