Scientific paper

Observe one of the brightest broad absorption line QSOs at low redshift
to determine whether it has enough light for higher resolution
observations. If so, these will be done with another proposal. The goal
is to investigate the physical conditions in the BAL region through the
study of the high ionization UV lines.
