A novel method for the characterization of center-to-limb information is presented, in conjunction with complete latitude and center-to-limb position coverage of Saturn's atmosphere in the visible and near-IR. These observations encompass four hydrogen quadrupole lines, 17 methane absorption bands, an ammonia absorption band, and the absolute calibrated continuum spectrum. The weak absorption features of hydrogen, methane, and ammonia exhibit significant enhancement in the north polar region, relative to the rest of the planet. The atmospheric model presented features clear gas at the top of the atmosphere, an extended layer of haze, and a reflective cloud at the bottom.
