A new simple estimation and a precise formula to calculate the position
of the first peak in CMBR is given in this letter, which derivations
reflect deeply the physics meaning of the first peak. Some important
coefficients are amended. The results calculated by the precise formula
are correct to compare with the results come from the CMBFAST.
