For studying the motion of asteroids and comets the generalized Encke algorithms using the superosculating intermediate orbits as the reference orbits and the algorithms using KS-regularization about the two attracting centres and about the fictitious centre with a variable mass are proposed. The efficiency of the algorithms is shown by the examples of computing the orbits of asteroid Toutatis, comet Honda-Mrkos-Pajdusakova, and comet Gehrels 3.
