A sample of galaxies in the Coma-A1367 supercluster is observed to determine whether CO emission can be used with or without H I lines as linewidths for the Tully-Fisher relation. Observed CO linewidths from two telescopes are compared, and a very good correlation is noted between the linewidths of CO and H I when the signal-to-noise ratio is good. Attention is given to the issue of resolution because it is important to combine signals from several beam areas to improve the correlation in linewidths. The CO and H I line shapes are compared demonstrating that the CO lines tend to be broader than the H I lines. It is theorized that the CO linewidths can be used in the Tully-Fisher relation to improve distance estimates, and the CO lines are considered helpful in studying galaxies that are too distant for good H I observation.
