Analysis of ROTSE-III sky patrol fields reveals an outburst of CV SDSSp J161332-000331. The object was detected at 15.5 magnitude in unfiltered CCD images taken on Jan 15th 02:04:56 UT using the 0.45m ROTSE-IIId telescope at the Turkish National Observatory at Bakirlitepe, Turkey; while it has r=18 magnitude in SDSS. This object was also detected at 15.5 magnitude on Sep 14th 2005, during an outburst lasting at least 2 days.
