We present four techniques for the reduction of the continuously available BATSE Spectroscopy Detector (SD) discriminator data. These techniques apply to single flux measurements as the source rises and sets with respect to the Earth's limb as seen by a SD and to the extraction of entire source light curves while the source is visible from a SD. The influence of multiple sources on the extraction of these data is discussed. BATSE SD data for Sco X-1 are used to illustrate these extraction techniques. Examples of correlative optical and BATSE SD data for Sco X-1 are presented, and future plans for the use of these data are discussed.
