I will present direct comparisons between the gas distribution and the velocity field of some Virgo and Coma spiral galaxies. We have interferometric data in the HI, CO, and Hα lines of these galaxies. This method might lead to a better understanding where and when HI deficient cluster spirals lose their gas. I will argue that strong ISM--ICM interactions lead to the formation of asymmetric ring structures that are also kinematicaly disturbed. The strong interaction take only place in the vicinity of M87, because of the steep profile of the ICM density. Moreover, I will try to identify the traces of an ongoing or former ICM--ISM interaction with the help of deep HI 21cm observations. The consequences on star formation will be discussed briefly.
