An analysis of VLBI observations of SiO masers and MERLIN observations of H2O and OH masers of VX Sgr is presented. The SiO, H2O, OH 1665/7, and OH 1612 masers are found to occur on a few separated shells, and the order of magnitude of their radii ranges from 10 exp 14 to 10 exp 16. It is also found that the expanding velocity of the shells increases with their radius. In the OH 1612 maser region, an ice layer covers the surface of dust and grain of silicate.
