Annihilation of solar neutrinos by cosmic-background electron antineutrinos into pairs of axial photons, and Compton scattering of cosmic-background axial photons by solar neutrinos, can appreciably attenuate the flux of solar neutrinos at the earth's surface. Starting from the experimental results for Cl-37, predictions are given for the forthcoming experiments for Ga-71 and In-115.
