Collision strengths for electron impact excitation of O II from the ground 2s22p3 4S0 state to excited states 2s2p4 4P and 2s22p23s 4P and of O III from the ground 2s22p2 3P state to excited states 2s2p3 3D0, 3P0, and 3S0 are calculated in a two-state close-coupling approximation for the energy range up to 106K. Also given are oscillator strengths for these transitions and a number of others.
