The results of a survey at 500 and 650 nm of a 4-deg x 4-deg region, performed using 1.5, 3, and 4-deg prisms on the Schmidt telescope at Biurakan Astrophysical Observatory are reported. The exposure times are 30-60 min with the 1.5-deg prism and up to 3 h with the 3 and 4-deg prisms; reciprocal dispersions at H-gamma are 1800, 900, and 280 A/mm, respectively; and limiting magnitude is 18.5-19.5 mag. Photographs, data tables, and detailed characterizations are provided for 107 objects, including 11 QSO candidates, 7 Seyfert galaxies, 11 BSOs, 29 galaxies with UV continuum, and 56 emission galaxies without significant UV emission. The surface densities of QSOs and Seyfert galaxies and of emission galaxies are 1.5 and over 5 per sq deg, respectively.
