This catalogue contains the positions and characteristics of 288 non stellar maser sources located in the galactic disk and of 76 infrared objects assumed to be associated with a maser source in view of their proximity and protostellar characteristics. Some new statistical conclusions are drawn. This paper also provides a major reference list and is intended to prepare further statistical works on the distribution of star formation regions in the Galaxy and to help in the identification of IRAS sources.
