We present the multiobject spectroscopy for 118 blue stars with an H-alpha excess in the galaxy M 33 from the lists of SS 433 and LBV candidates and other rare types of massive stars. The H-alpha parameters and the relative intensities of the [N II] lambda 6584 and [S II] lambda 6716 lines are given. In most objects, the H-alpha line is formed (completely or partially) in the H II regions that surround the stars. We identified stars with a broad H-alpha emission line, which is probably emitted in the stellar wind. The correlation between the objects' morphology in H-alpha images and the parameters of this line in their spectra is discussed. In general, the objects classified by the type of image as (diffuse or bubble) nebulae exhibit a considerably narrower H-alpha line than do objects classified as stars. We describe the spectra of stars No. 41 (an LBV candidate) and No. 35 (a WN nova, a candidate for Ofpe/WN9 stars) in greater detail. The star I322 at the center of the giant H II region NGC 592 can be considered as an SS 433 candidate. The spectra of some X-ray sources are discussed.
