It is well known that in regularly pulsating stars the decreasing branches of the light curves are always longer than the increasing ones. However this is not the case for Delta Sct star AN Lyn as shown in Figure 2 of Rodriguez et al. (1997a). This star shows the descending branch steeper than the ascending one. It is the same to that occurring in the other two known cases: the two high amplitude Delta Sct stars V1719 Cyg and V798 Cyg (Poretti & Antonello 1988).
