We have carefully investigated varied, complex emission features between 1600 Angstroms and 2250 Angstroms in the high-S/N, high-Z quasar spectra previously published by Weymann et al. (1991, Ap.J., vol. 373, p. 23). Our work has three main purposes: 1) to identify all emission (e.g., Fe II and Fe III multiplet lines), 2) to search for emission from stable isotopes of other iron-peak elements (e.g., Ni II and Ni III) for comparison with abundances in the Crab Nebula, and 3) to deblend and measure He II λ 1640 as accurately as possible. We present nine, exceptionally rich spectra with line identifications and measurements. Implications of nickel emission and He II λ 1640 measurements are discussed.
