The study of He-r stellar photospheres aiming at detection of vertical stratification of helium is presented. Using high resolution data and the spectrum synthesis method, helium enhancement was indicated in several stars in a sample and in the two He layer model (minimum model), and it is suggested for the photosphere. The break point of helium abundance is often around a depth-mass variable of 0.2. The He-r stars are slightly evolved, the interval of the surface gravities being (3.8-4.2), in agreement with standard B type stars. The giant star HD68450 possesses a strong vertical stratification of helium. Previous reports on the elemental stratification were confirmed for our sample.
