The relations between the radio, infrared, ultraviolet, and X-ray luminosities for a sample of radio quiet and radio loud quasars are quantified. For both subsamples the relations between the X-ray and the ultraviolet or infrared luminosities are consistent, and are significantly nonlinear. There is a linear relation between the infrared and ultraviolet luminosities. For the quasars for which Log L(1450) greater than or = 29.5 or Log L(1 mn) greater than or = 30.5 there is no correlation between the strength of the big bump and luminosity.
