A small subset of neutrino-induced upward through-going muons in the Super-Kamiokande detector consists of high energy muons which lose energy through radiative processes like bremsstrahlung, pair production and photo-nuclear interactions. We outline an algorithm to isolate these subset of events called ``upward showering muons''. The mean parent neutrino energy of these events is approximately 1 TeV corresponding to the highest energy neutrinos seen in Super-Kamiokande. We demonstrate that the zenith angle distribution of upward showering muons is consistent with null oscillation as expected, given the oscillation parameters obtained using rest of the atmospheric neutrino dataset. Astronomical searches such as those from WIMP annihilations in the Sun, Earth and Galactic Center, from selected point sources, as well as diffuse flux from the galactic plane using the upward showering muons dataset are reported. The author's research is supported by US Department of Energy.
