We observed the central regions of M81 in J, H, and K bands. The
position angles and ellipticities of the isophotes confirm the presence
of an inner triaxial bulge or minibar ~0.5 kpc in radius, rotated
10^deg^ clockwise on the sky with respect to the major axis of the outer
bulge.
