These images were used in studies of spectral ageing in a large sample of sources. For a given source all the maps are at a common resolution. All maps are CLEANed. 1.4, 1.6 GHz VLA B (and C arrays for larger sources), 2.7 GHz 5 km telescope, NRAO. For more information on this study please see the following references: Alexander & Leahy, 1987, MNRAS, 225, 1; Alexander 1987, MNRAS, 225, 27. The images and related TeX file come from the NRAO CDROM "Images From the Radio Universe" (c. 1992 National Radio Astronomy Observatory, used with permission).
