The author examines a comet discovered in March, 1990 by three amateur
astronomers. This comet was observed for only two months; yet these
obervations indicate that the comet faded very rapidly after perihelion.
The comet's orbit, motion, magnitude, and coma and tail size and
appearance are also described.
